Pastors Mark and Jacque

Mark and Jacque Putnam are the founders and pastors of Victory Church of Columbia, MO USA. Together they are a dynamic ministry team dedicated to the Lord and lifting-up people. The passion of their life is to introduce people to the goodness and blessings of God. They have been married for over 40 years and have 4 children and 8 grandchildren. Mark and Jacque have both been privileged to serve the Lord for 40 plus years.

Pastor Mark is a graduate of the University of Missouri, Columbia MO. He attended college on a football scholarship and earned a degree in business administration. Mark worked in the insurance business for over 20 years and developed a successful agency. He is gifted in helping people live prosperous lives.

Jacque had a successful career in accounting and banking. She worked her way up from customer service to an executive position in a major bank. Jacque is known for her cooking abilities and her great southern charm and hospitality. But most of all she has the God-given ability to bring spiritual blessings to people.

Sarah Beth Mullis

Sarah Beth Mullis is the Volunteer Ministry Coordinator and Director of Music at the V church. Sarah is gifted to help people find their place of service in ministry. As the volunteer ministry coordinator, Sarah will help you get connected and become actively involved. She believes there is a place of ministry for you and looks forward to helping you.

Sarah started leading worship as a young girl at the V and has been in music for over 20 years. You will feel God’s presence and be uplifted in every service as she leads praise and worship with the Victory band and singers.

Sarah and her husband Jeremy have four children and look forward to meeting you at the V Church.
